Director of Operations
Russ
Russ brings over 30 years of hands-on machining and programming experience to M3 MFG. From complex setups to dialing in tight tolerances, he’s the "calm", methodical force that keeps the machines humming.
His career began in trade school while still in high school, followed by work in job shops and 18 years machining precision components in the aerospace industry. He emphasizes lean manufacturing practices that improve efficiency, repeatability, and overall process reliability. With over 20 years of multi-axis programming experience, Russ continues to apply advanced automation strategies to support consistent, high-quality machining.

Deanna
Deanna keeps M3 running smoothly everywhere it matters, from the front office to the shop floor. With hands-on machining training, she can run machines and make parts right alongside the team, bringing a rare perspective that bridges production and leadership.
Her background in marketing and business development shapes how M3 supports its customers.
She believes great work is only part of the job, delivering an excellent experience and building lasting customer relationships is what keeps a shop truly successful.
Designer
Jacob
Jacob supports M3 with 3D Printing projects. His background includes four years in a high school CTE program focused on automotive technology and welding. He currently works as a certified welder in the aerospace industry and previously spent several years at a race car shop building and fabricating components. His hobbies of RC cars and dirt bike riding give him practical understanding for designing components. Jacob supports M3 mfg as needed.
