Refund policy
Note to Buyer
- Buyer is responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before installation; do a fit test before installing the hardware.
- Improper installation, modification, or misuse may void the warranty.
- M3 MFG is not responsible for labor costs associated with installation, removal, or replacement of products.
- Installation should be performed using appropriate tools and methods.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused products in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must not have been installed. Hold the item in place for fit check before installing the hardware.
- Product must include all original hardware and packaging.
- Product must be free of damage or signs of use.
Returned products must be received in original, resalable condition. Products with installation marks, scratches, modifications, or missing hardware are not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Limited Warranty
M3 MFG warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a manufacturing defect is found, M3 MFG will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product after inspection.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications
- Cosmetic damage caused after installation or normal use
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
