Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

While we work to ship every order promptly, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. M3 MFG is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist with a claim.
